Incubator Novi Bokanjac is the first incubator in Zadar, featuring 28 business units, including 5 ground floor spaces designated for production activities.

Incubator Bili brig is a modern facility of entrepreneurial infrastructure in the city, primarily aimed at startups developing within the IT sector and creative industries.

It offers 20 office units, a conference and event hall, meeting rooms, as well as coworking spaces, recreational areas, and relaxation spaces.
