BUSINESS SPACES
At the new location in Bili brig, on a total gross area of about 2000 m², there are 20 office spaces intended for startups in the incubation program.
All office spaces are fully equipped with office furniture, including comfortable work chairs, desks, cabinets, and drawers.
The office units are mostly small, ranging from 12 to 15 m², with some larger spaces ranging from 23 to 28 m², primarily intended for companies operating in the IT sector and creative industries. The building also has three larger office spaces (77 to 102 m²) for young companies that have experienced rapid employee growth.
The office spaces are distributed across the floors, while the ground floor of the building features two halls with coworking units.

The dynamic and functional space is rich with business halls of various purposes, equipped for even the most demanding business events.
All our resources are available to tenants free of charge or under preferential conditions.
Conference room, workshop, meeting, and presentation spaces are also available to the interested public on commercial terms according to the Price List_BB.
