This accessibility statement applies to the Inzad.hr website.

Inovativni Zadar d.o.o. strives to make its websites accessible in accordance with the Law on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia (NN 17/19), which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and Council from October 26, 2016, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

The level of compliance

These websites are partially compliant with the Law due to the non-compliance issues listed below.

Inaccessible content

In accordance with Article 8 of the Law and Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, Inovativni Zadar has determined that certain parts are not in compliance due to disproportionate burden. These parts include:

  • There is no option to enable a font for people with dyslexia.
  • Some images, graphs, and diagrams lack <alt> attributes.
  • Some images, graphs, and diagrams do not have short textual descriptions.
  • Video recordings do not have Croatian language subtitles.
  • Audio and video materials have unclear and unintelligible sounds.
  • Files (.pdf, .xls, .doc, and similar) are not available in a format that can be read by screen readers.
  • This statement was drafted on November 2, 2023, based on a self-assessment conducted by Inovativni Zadar.

    Procedure for monitoring compliance with regulations

    The Commissioner for Information of the Republic of Croatia is the competent authority for monitoring the compliance of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies with accessibility requirements and overseeing the implementation of the Law on Accessibility.
