The implementation of procurement procedures by the company Inovativni Zadar d.o.o. is carried out in accordance with the principles of public procurement prescribed by the Public Procurement Act (NN 120/16, 114/22 - hereinafter: PPA 2016).
Simplified procurement procedures are carried out in accordance with the Rulebook on the Implementation of Simplified Procurement Procedures of Inovativni Zadar d.o.o. dated January 21, 2024.
In accordance with the Rulebook on Procurement Planning, Contract Register, Prior Consultation and Market Analysis in Public Procurement (NN 101/17, 144/20, 30/23), the procurement plan, contract register, and all subsequent changes are published in a standardized form in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH) within 8 days from the date of adoption or amendment.
In accordance with Article 80 of the PPA 2016, we hereby announce that there are no economic operators with whom Inovativni Zadar d.o.o. is in a conflict of interest within the meaning of Article 76 of the PPA 2016:

Inovativni Zadar d.o.o., as the contracting authority, is preparing to conduct an open procurement procedure of small value for the subject of procurement: Renovation, modernization and upgrading of the "Greeting to the Sun" installation, procurement ID JN 1/17.
In accordance with Article 198, paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/2016), the contracting authority publishes a draft Procurement Documentation for the open procurement procedure of small value and invites all interested economic operators to submit any comments or suggestions within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of the Notice of Prior Consultation to the email address info@inzad.hr.
The contracting authority reserves the right to amend the aforementioned draft in any part before the publication of the public procurement procedure.
Interested economic operators are informed that the deadline for submitting comments and proposals on the draft Procurement Documentation for the public procurement procedure of works for the renovation, modernization and upgrade of the installation "Pozdrav Suncu", registration number of the purchaser JN 1/17, has been extended until Friday, June 23, 2017.
Inovativni Zadar initiated an open procedure for a public procurement of small value for the subject of procurement: Renewal, modernization, and upgrade of the "Greeting to the Sun" installation, registration number JN 1/17. The notice of the tender was published on June 28, 2017, in the Electronic Public Procurement Gazette under number 2017/S 0F2-0012928.
The last modification was published on July 6, 2017, in the Electronic Public Procurement Gazette under number 2017/S F14-0014127.
The deadline for submission of bids was July 18, 2017, until 11:00 am.
