All defined project objectives were achieved. A particular challenge in implementation was the obligation towards existing users that their business operations would not be disrupted, i.e., that they could continuously use the incubator's infrastructure regardless of maintenance and renovation work. With the efforts of the project team and good cooperation with the contractor and project partners, this challenge was overcome, and the work was completed without significant deviations from the project-technical documentation and within the agreed deadlines.

Complete administrative and financial project management included: implementation of 11 simple procurement procedures and two open procurement procedures of small value (procurement of maintenance and renovation works worth HRK 3.274.431 and procurement of ICT equipment worth HRK 1.345.800).

The following results were achieved at the end of the project:

• 1425 m2 area of renovated, refurbished, and equipped infrastructure 
• 28 newly refurbished spatial-functional units: 24 business offices, meeting room, pre-incubation space, 3D Lab, conference room
• 1 installed and functional 9.9 kW photovoltaic power plant
• 20 all-in-one desktop computers 
• Interactive board for projections and education
• 3D printer, 3D scanner, laser engraver
• virtualization cluster (servers); backup server/storage with SSD/SAS/SATA disks; server licenses (virtualization, OS…); backup software for virtualized systems; email server; email security system; management and monitoring system for cloud; "server" cabinet; UPS; 10Gb/s router/switch network equipment, 1Gb/s router/switch+10Gb/s uplink, 10Gb/s switch; optical transceivers 40G, 10G, 1G 
• developed application (software) for infrastructure management 
• increased visibility of InZad incubator and its services
