Development of e-services for local government system
Since December 11, 2019. the eZadrani system has been officially integrated into the eGrađani system (login via NIAS system). At the same time, the first e-service was launched, which allows users logged in via the NIAS system to view the statuses of all items opened in the ePisarnica of the City of Zadar related to their name, surname, and personal identification number (OIB).

The project consists of cataloging and standardizing local government services through digitized services consolidated on a common web portal. Currently, the system allows electronic communication with local government for the following services: taxi permits, financial card of the City of Zadar, organizing public events, participatory budgeting, assistance for newborns, extending working hours, changing the obligation to pay municipal fees, scholarships for students, subsidies for kindergarten costs and entering vehicles into pedestrian zones. However, the system is constantly being supplemented with new services aimed at gradually simplifying and facilitating citizens' access to almost all local government services.
