WHAT IS INCUBATION?

The Incubation Service involves professional, technical, and advisory support for launching entrepreneurial ventures, including the leasing of business spaces under favorable conditions.

The incubation program lasts for a maximum of 5 years, and our team monitors the growth and development of each business entity throughout the entire incubation period.

Depending on the duration of the user's stay in the incubator, the user is entitled to support in the form of co-financing the cost of business space usage. In the first year, the subsidy covers 100% of the rental cost, meaning the user does not pay rent in the first year. The subsidy amount decreases each year, and in the final year, the user no longer receives a subsidy and pays the full rental price.

HOW TO BECOME A TENANT?

You can apply for a spot in InZad incubators exclusively by responding to the Public Call, which the Company announces when one of the business spaces becomes available after its previous user leaves.

You can compete for a subsidized rental in the InZad incubators exclusively by applying to the Public Call, which the Company announces after one of the business spaces is vacated by its previous user.
The application for the Public Call for subsidized rental of business spaces is made through the E-ZADRANI link.

The Public Call is always published on our website and our social media channels. Currently, all business spaces intended for subsidized rental in both incubators are occupied.
